A company is looking for an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
- Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding balances
- Gather and verify patient information for billing and payment activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of Denials Management experience
- 2+ years of Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
- Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
