A company is looking for a Support Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill hardware orders, configure hardware, and manage Salesforce CRM Support Tickets
- Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and manage hardware swaps
- Assist in tracking inventory and ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Oracle Simphony required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service
- General knowledge of computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite
