Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a regional team of high-performing Customer Enablement Architects to drive customer success
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create enablement strategies tailored to customer segments
- Report on training metrics and manage plans for learner engagement and training bookings
Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of experience in technology education with a focus on people leadership
- Experience in training development, customer support, and go-to-market strategies
- Technical understanding of curriculum and certifications relevant to the role
- Passion for developing teams and collaborating with field and sales stakeholders
- Proven experience in Customer Success or related fields
