Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from customers and provide high standards of customer service
- Document service issues reported during calls and escalate to higher-level support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist with customer trouble resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of relevant technical support experience
- Experience in a technical support role such as NOC, IT Helpdesk, or Service Desk
- Knowledge of core TCP/IP networking skills, routing, and switching
- Ability to work on rotating shifts and/or on-call rotations
- Experience with network monitoring software is a plus
