A company is looking for a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to work in a pharmaceutical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business activities as the Client Service Coordinator and respond to client requests
- Prepare customer quotes and create orders using SAP and internal systems
- Coordinate the sales process using Sales Force Service Cloud and facilitate communication between Sales and Operations teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
