Key Responsibilities
- Process enrollment applications and maintain member accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Provide comprehensive customer service through written correspondence and telephone support
- Perform eligibility verification, cash processing, and manage aged accounts to meet reporting requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience for Membership Administrator I
- One year of experience as Membership Administrator I for Membership Administrator II
- 18 months of experience as Membership Administrator II for Membership Administrator III
- Equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience may be accepted
