Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer service through written correspondence and telephone support
  • Perform eligibility verification, cash processing, and manage aged accounts to meet reporting requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience for Membership Administrator I
  • One year of experience as Membership Administrator I for Membership Administrator II
  • 18 months of experience as Membership Administrator II for Membership Administrator III
  • Equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience may be accepted
