Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Employee Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and oversee the onboarding phase for new clients using Toast Payroll
• Create and implement onboarding plans while ensuring best practices for restaurant operations are followed
• Provide remote support during the Go-Live phase and assist clients with initial setup and ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong organizational and influencing skills
