Key Responsibilities
- Responds to member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefit information
- Documents calls and inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Conducts outbound calls to members as needed based on customer direction or business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience preferred
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology
- Skilled in the use of help desk software
