Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to handle member inquiries and provide customer support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefit information
  • Documents calls and inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Conducts outbound calls to members as needed based on customer direction or business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience preferred
  • Experience with organizational functions and personnel
  • Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology
  • Skilled in the use of help desk software
