Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Request participation for providers with health plans to ensure timely claims processing
• Complete CAQH credentialing, applications, and re-credentialing for providers
• Maintain and update provider data, monitor pending enrollments, and resolve payer enrollment issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance Payer Background and/or Enrollment preferred
