Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Representative-3rd Party to manage collections and negotiate payment arrangements on charged off accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts to determine the next course of action for resolution
• Utilize skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate consumers
• Negotiate payment terms and maintain accurate documentation of accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one year of collections or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work remotely after initial onsite training
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Reside within 100 miles of the Texas headquarters
