- Assist with the successful implementation of new vendor partners and conduct research on proposed vendors
- Create written and visual process documentation and facilitate meetings regarding vendor implementation status
Required Qualifications

- Client-facing professional experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
