Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service for internal and external customers
- Lead and mentor a growing help desk team focused on client satisfaction, security, and compliance
- Manage technology deployment/consolidation projects and establish best practices for technical support
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a help desk function or providing technical support
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Hands-on experience with help desk and remote-control software
- Experience leading complex technology deployment/consolidation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
