A company is looking for a Manager of Help Desk Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service for internal and external customers
  • Lead and mentor a growing help desk team focused on client satisfaction, security, and compliance
  • Manage technology deployment/consolidation projects and establish best practices for technical support
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a help desk function or providing technical support
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Hands-on experience with help desk and remote-control software
  • Experience leading complex technology deployment/consolidation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
