A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Initiates contact with Health Plan and medical personnel to obtain relevant information
- Evaluates data to determine appropriate actions for resolving complaints and coordinating service recovery
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service call center experience
- Experience level: Experienced
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available for shifts 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Remote work experience preferred
