A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Initiates contact with Health Plan and medical personnel to obtain relevant information
  • Evaluates data to determine appropriate actions for resolving complaints and coordinating service recovery
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service call center experience
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available for shifts 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM
  • Remote work experience preferred
