- Define and own the CX vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company
- Drive improvement across key customer experience metrics and manage all CX initiatives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey and promote a customer-first culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience or Product roles
- Proven track record in leading CX programs or cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with NPS, CES, CSAT, and customer journey improvement
- Strong background in data analysis and operational metrics
- Experience working with Product, UX, and Ops teams
