Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Senior Manager to lead initiatives that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the CX vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company
  • Drive improvement across key customer experience metrics and manage all CX initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey and promote a customer-first culture
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience or Product roles
  • Proven track record in leading CX programs or cross-functional initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with NPS, CES, CSAT, and customer journey improvement
  • Strong background in data analysis and operational metrics
  • Experience working with Product, UX, and Ops teams
