Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages the assignment process to ensure timely contractor reporting
  • Monitors staff performance to maintain high levels of customer service
  • Resolves escalated issues within the customer service and call center departments
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A. in Business Management or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a customer service supervisory role
  • Minimum of four years of experience in construction estimating or property insurance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internal web-based programs
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively
