Key Responsibilities
- Manages the assignment process to ensure timely contractor reporting
- Monitors staff performance to maintain high levels of customer service
- Resolves escalated issues within the customer service and call center departments
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in Business Management or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of five years of experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Minimum of four years of experience in construction estimating or property insurance
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internal web-based programs
- Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively
