Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain policy and billing records for group insurance policies
- Accurately apply and reconcile premium payments within internal systems
- Support daily call center activity and respond to inquiries from policyholders and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 8-10 years of professional experience in customer service and policy administration
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Proficiency with data entry and navigating multiple software systems
- Working knowledge of insurance billing systems and group policy provisions is desirable
