Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Administration Representative to support policy setup, billing, and premium collection processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain policy and billing records for group insurance policies
  • Accurately apply and reconcile premium payments within internal systems
  • Support daily call center activity and respond to inquiries from policyholders and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in customer service and policy administration
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Proficiency with data entry and navigating multiple software systems
  • Working knowledge of insurance billing systems and group policy provisions is desirable
