Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and enablement resources to drive product adoption
- Oversee global support functions, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or post-sales leadership, with 5 years managing teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with enterprise customers in data, cloud, or AI platforms, and understanding of data engineering roles
- Proven track record in building scalable customer journeys and processes that drive retention and expansion
- Exceptional leadership abilities and executive presence to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective solutions
