Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Setup & Maintenance Service Representative to join their Retirement Plan Solutions Team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding processes for plans converting to the company, ensuring accurate and timely retirement implementations
- Review implementation notes and documents, set up retirement plans in appropriate systems, and maintain necessary updates
- Provide customer service to internal/external stakeholders, monitor team email, and address inquiries as required
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience, or 0-1+ years with an associate degree plus relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of production
- Experience in retirement plan operations is preferred
