A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer/engineer requests via various communication methods
- Process service requests and maintain customer equipment records
- Schedule installations and preventative maintenance visits while ensuring compliance with ISO standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Previous experience with ServiceMax, SalesForce, and/or SAP is a plus
- Prior experience dispatching technicians is preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
