Key Responsibilities

- Run health insurance checks to determine member eligibility and potential cost share
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare support, or similar roles
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Comfortable using phone systems, Google Suite, Slack, and customer management platforms
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare-related role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
