A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticket
- Creates case logs, records information, establishes resolution time, and escalates complex issues
- Troubleshoots software application problems and guides clients through technical issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments
- Knowledge and familiarity with mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
- Ability to document, track, and monitor issues to a timely resolution
- 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience with client contact
- Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
