A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee the deployment and integration of their Leadership Intelligence Platform at major clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful adoption of the Leadership Intelligence Platform and provide ongoing support and training
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for platform improvement and collaborate with internal teams for enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or a STEM-related field
- Proven experience in client management or customer success within a technology context
- Technical acumen with experience in API integrations and technical support
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights
