Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Benefit Advocate for a night shift, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits, eligibility, claims, and financial accounts
- Guide customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist them in selecting benefit plans
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and support
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
- Experience with computers and Windows PCs, including the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time overnight, including weekends and holidays
