Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims
- Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs to customers
- Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test
- Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection
