Provider Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Development Specialist who will expand and maintain a network of medical and dental providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit medical groups, facilities, and providers while building relationships with clinic staff
• Negotiate and manage provider service agreements and oversee credentialing activities
• Monitor provider network coverage and address gaps strategically by recruiting new providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare or administrative roles
• Experience with provider service agreement negotiations or subcontracting highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to support compliance initiatives and organizational standards
