Key Responsibilities
- Track and ensure execution of Clientricity Plans and related client management activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client executives and stakeholders
- Provide relationship management support for distressed accounts and collaborate with Client Services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in Client Success and Project Management
- Certifications such as CXPA and PMP preferred
- Proven experience in Client Relationship Management
- Experience in leadership roles within a matrixed organization
