Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional call center customer service and support for merchant service-related inquiries
- Act as a liaison for interdepartmental support and navigate client inquiries to resolution
- Assist with various merchant services functions and provide basic technical assistance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in Merchant Services fields required
- 1-2 years of industry experience in call center and/or customer support roles
- 1-2 years of experience in payment processing, specifically merchant services
- 1 year of experience with TSYS mreports, ACH services, and merchant management CRMs
