Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success - C&E - Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and the full product lifecycle, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer engagement
- Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and revenue while adhering to contractual obligations
- Identify opportunities for product upselling and resolve customer issues, providing technical support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Preferred college degree in business, communications, or related field; high school diploma with relevant experience considered
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
- Experience with technology/web-based software and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and WebEx is beneficial
- Knowledge of commercial real estate or lender market is desired
