Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Outreach Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively makes outreach calls to members and providers to coordinate evaluations and medication delivery
  • Assesses caller needs and provides solutions or triages to the appropriate department
  • Maintains accurate member profiles and assists with setting up appointments and managing queues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Healthcare experience with understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic codes
  • Basic knowledge and experience in mail order or specialty pharmacy
