A company is looking for a Member Outreach Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively makes outreach calls to members and providers to coordinate evaluations and medication delivery
- Assesses caller needs and provides solutions or triages to the appropriate department
- Maintains accurate member profiles and assists with setting up appointments and managing queues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Healthcare experience with understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic codes
- Basic knowledge and experience in mail order or specialty pharmacy
