Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own standard processes for health plan and pharmacy benefit partner integration
- Manage partner performance and execution dashboard to track key KPIs
- Evaluate and monitor processes, addressing gaps and adapting to market needs
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
- Bachelor's Degree at minimum
- Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits processes and integration
- Ability to develop and drive operational readiness plans
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
