Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via inbound calls and support ticketing systems
  • Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshooting, and resolving standard issues with customer configurations and software
  • Document customer inquiries and follow up to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Automotive industry software support experience preferred
  • Contact Center Operations experience preferred
  • Ability to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
