Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via inbound calls and support ticketing systems
- Provide Tier 1 support, troubleshooting, and resolving standard issues with customer configurations and software
- Document customer inquiries and follow up to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Automotive industry software support experience preferred
- Contact Center Operations experience preferred
- Ability to work any shift during business hours, including weekends
