Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain documentation of all activities and follow up with users to ensure problem resolution


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
