A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality support by responding to user inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks and business applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of all activities and follow up with users to ensure problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
