- Relevant work experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of the product or service being onboarded, along with familiarity with Customer Success Metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service mindset
