Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous phone assistance to patients and healthcare staff
- Schedule and register patient appointments, while updating demographics and insurance information
- Facilitate first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA, or equivalent certification)
- Basic Life Support certification
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
