Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to customers through various communication channels

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise network configuration and DNS troubleshooting
- Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of PowerShell is an asset
- Familiarity with Change Control Process
