A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and relationship building for a specific client portfolio
- Maintain accurate client data within Salesforce and develop Customer Success protocols
- Negotiate contracts, oversee project management of new deliverables, and present performance metrics to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven ability to develop executive champions at a strategic level
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience establishing and reporting on team metrics
- Hands-on experience in enterprise software is a plus
