Job Summary
A company is looking for a REMOTE Tier 1 Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily, assisting families with login issues and providing customer support
- Respond to inquiries regarding the company's products, services, and troubleshooting platform issues
- Assist customers via inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails, including occasional support for teachers
Required Qualifications
- Previous technical help desk experience or a recent technical certificate
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with HP laptops
- Experience with Active Directory for password resets
- Ability to work remotely with a quiet environment and high-speed internet
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST
