Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment for mortgage assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation
- Document client conversations and provide status updates to the Loan Originator and clients
- Assist clients with the origination system and maintain communication throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of financial documents is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Encompass software is a plus
