Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment for mortgage assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review loan applications and supporting documentation
  • Document client conversations and provide status updates to the Loan Originator and clients
  • Assist clients with the origination system and maintain communication throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial documents is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Encompass software is a plus
