A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
- Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate information in a case management system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must pass a background check
