Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about customer success and will manage various programs within the Global Technical Support organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned customers and develop an in-depth understanding of their software environment
- Implement action plans to address open issues and maintain ongoing contact with customers
- Drive initiatives within the Support group to adopt industry best practices and liaise between customers and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- 3 years of Account Management and related experience
- Operational Logistics experience (yard, warehouse, or transport management) and/or software vendor experience preferred
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
