Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist (Remote) in the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding balances
• Gather and verify patient information and assist with billing and payment activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of Denials Management experience
• 2+ years of Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
