Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product selection and order inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meet established performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through upselling and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
- Prior customer service experience is ideal, but training is available for the right candidate
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with technology, including experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
