Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to drive new patient growth and enhance patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high volume outbound calls to potential patients to introduce services and schedule visits
- Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new patient appointment targets while maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Proven sales experience in a call center or similar environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
