Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for providers and clinical staff, both in-person and virtual visits
- Utilize scheduling software to efficiently manage provider and clinical staff schedules
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to identify and address scheduling gaps and urgent needs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years work experience in a healthcare setting
- Preferred: Call center or scheduling experience
- Preferred: Experience with patient communication protocols
- Preferred: Experience in a value-based healthcare setting
