A company is looking for a Client Service Manager - Combo Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for retirement plans with small business clients and advisors
- Strengthen client relationships and respond to inquiries regarding combo retirement plans
- Monitor annual plan projects, compliance results, and maintain documentation using CRM software
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retirement plan experience
- Ability to explain complex combo plan design and compliance clearly
- Familiarity with PBGC requirements and filing
- Understanding of valuation reporting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
