A company is looking for an Office Apps Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist customers in deploying, operating, and optimizing MS Office Apps
- Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution
- Conduct product workshops, health checks, and post-implementation reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of expertise in O365 Office Apps in a support or consulting role
- Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management using SCCM
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent in computer science or related field
- 5 years of experience in software support, IT consulting, or related fields
- 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office client applications
