Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers focused on customer impact, adoption, and renewals
- Build strong relationships with district decision-makers and manage high-stakes customer situations
- Own revenue retention targets and create scalable processes for managing a growing portfolio of districts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in Customer Success
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role with implementation and renewals responsibilities
- Direct experience working in or with K-12 school systems
- Experience with data-driven customer health scoring and risk mitigation strategies
- Commitment to serving underserved communities in healthcare
