A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans for injured or disabled persons
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
- Internet: Reliable internet access is required
