Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via phone, text, and chat
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and provide referrals
- Document clinical interactions accurately and adhere to performance goals and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, or equivalent)
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychosocial assessments and therapy
- Active California License (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) without probation or pending actions
- Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
- Proficiency in using a PC and typing at least 45 words per minute; bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
