Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1 to handle customer calls in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service past due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
• Negotiate payment solutions and adhere to collection guidelines
• Assist the customer service call center as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of collection-related experience preferred
• Ability to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
• Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
